We had Embers install a wood burning stove for us a few months ago. I found the showroom staff very polite and knowledgeable, and it was great that I could speak to an engineer who was easily able to talk me through the installation process. The installation team were very friendly and professional, and took great care in our home, and most importantly installed the stove to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. A big thank you to Steve and the team!
